Job Summary
Own integrated marketing execution across strategy, content, events, and insights, with a clear emphasis on aligning with People strategy, ESG, and brand presence; drive performance through campaigns, research, and industry events to influence buyers.
- Marketing Strategy & Campaigns: Own execution and reporting to executives.
- Content & Digital: Create engaging content and manage social channels and website.
- Events, Research & ESG: Lead events, bids, and research to inform strategy, with ESG Manifesto alignment.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Sales and Marketing Director in delivering the overall marketing strategy
- Collaborating with the Head of Talent and Engagement to enhance the People Strategy and strengthen company culture
- Leading the development and approval of creative assets, including promotional materials, website content, and campaigns
- Playing a key supporting role in bids and tenders, showcasing Momentum Instore to prospective clients
- Managing marketing campaigns, tracking performance, and reporting insights to the executive team
- Creating and delivering engaging content and social media plans
- Coordinating the company’s presence at events, including trade shows and conferences
- Proposing and managing research projects to generate customer insights and inform strategy
- Supporting sustainability initiatives—experience or interest in ESG and helping drive our ESG Manifesto would be advantageous
- Track and report on marketing metrics — Search and AI visibility, EcoVadis rating.
