Responsibilities

• Own retention and engagement campaigns across email, digital channels, social, content, and events to drive onboarding, activation, retention, upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion.
• Build nurture journeys and automated communications to improve product adoption and ongoing account growth.
• Communicate membership value across touchpoints and plan lifecycle programs including onboarding, engagement, retention, upsell, and cross-sell activities.
• Support segmentation and targeting across account tiers to tailor campaigns for different customer groups.
• Plan and execute campaigns across email, digital channels, social media, content marketing, and events with scheduling and reporting.
• Drive customer engagement and activity to increase usage across products and services.
• Coordinate campaign setup, scheduling, execution and reporting as part of campaign delivery.
