Job Summary

Own the planning and execution of Luton Rising’s brand storytelling across social media and integrated campaigns, turning insights into actions that raise awareness and engagement, while leading events activation.

  • Social & Campaign Ownership: develop, manage, and promote social channels and cross-channel campaigns aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Team & Execution: line-manage the marketing team, drive innovation, and ensure brand consistency in content and scheduling.
  • Performance & Events: analyse campaign results to inform strategy and contribute to evening/weekend activation days to bring the brand to life.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, Manage, and promote Luton Rising’s social media; plan, produce, and schedule high-impact campaigns to drive awareness and engagement
  • Line manage and support team members, encouraging innovation and best practice
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with Luton Rising’s strategic objectives
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance, using insights to inform future strategy
  • You will also be part of events, sometimes lifting gear or attending evening/weekend activation days, to help bring the brand to life
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in communications or marketing management role
  • Experience ideally within a complex stakeholder environment
  • Strong skills in compelling visual and written content, campaign scheduling, and brand consistency
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and reporting abilities - comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently across competing priorities
  • In depth experience managing budgets and delivering measurable results
