Job Summary

Own cross-brand growth for Evans Cycles by shaping the brand portfolio, partnerships, social, and a first‑party data strategy that drives CRM and retention.

  • Brand Growth: own strategy and campaigns for the own-brand lineup, with product storytelling across content, social, and influencer activity.
  • Partnerships Activation: plan ROI-focused marketing activations across cycling partnerships and key moments.
  • Loyalty & Data: rollout first-party data and loyalty programs to enable personalization and CRM-driven retention.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own Brand Growth: lead marketing strategy and execution for Evans Cycles’ own-brand portfolio (Vitus, Pinnacle, dhb, Muddy Fox, Frog Bikes); drive product storytelling across content, social, and editorial; scale creator and influencer activity.
  • Partnerships & Activation: support and grow Evans Cycles’ portfolio of strategic partnerships; lead marketing activation plans across partnership channels; deliver plans that maximise ROI and brand exposure; identify opportunities around key moments.
  • Social & Community: own social media strategy and execution across key cycling brands; plan and deliver always-on content calendars; grow engaged communities that convert.
  • Loyalty & Data: rollout and optimisation of Evans’ first-party data and loyalty strategy; drive data capture initiatives to support personalisation and retention; drive CRM campaign planning and execution.

Requirements

  • Commercial marketing experience (retail, sport or lifestyle)
  • Strong content and social-led mindset
  • Experience with partnerships or influencers
  • Exposure to CRM or data-led marketing
  • Organised, accountable, and results-focused
