Responsibilities

• Lead marketing across Kinda Dusty’s portfolio of UK and international concerts and productions.
• Use ticket sales and campaign data to identify priorities and opportunities.
• Manage and support our Marketing Assistant.
• Manage our external marketing agency, reviewing and approving strategy and activity.
• Review and approve email strategy produced by the agency and create targeted solus campaigns through Omnisend where required.
• Regularly attend our concerts and events to capture content for our social media and e-marketing channels. (add)
• Work with partner venues to develop effective local marketing campaigns.
• Oversee all digital, social, email, website and PR activity.
• Manage marketing budgets and monitor return on investment.
• Work alongside our current Director during the handover period to understand and document key processes.

Requirements

• Significant marketing experience with responsibility for commercial performance.
• Experience managing a high volume of simultaneous campaigns, products, locations or events.
• A strong understanding of marketing processes, workflows and operational improvement.
• Experience managing people and external agencies.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge across paid social, organic social, email and web.
• Confidence using sales and campaign data to make decisions.
• Excellent organisational, communication and prioritisation skills.
• The confidence to take ownership and make decisions in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience within live entertainment, events, theatre, music or ticketing.
