Job Description

Responsibilities

MARKETING
Assist with artwork briefing to our in-house Graphic Designer
Assist with print and distribution
Assist with key show statistics and information documents
Review online listings and ensure tracking is updated
Support audience development and outreach programme
Arrange postage/couriers when required
Coordinate all Marketing related meetings, diaries and agendas
Cover all marketing agendas, meeting notes and disseminate accordingly
Provide practical assistance with Marketing and Brand events where required (e.g Photo shoots, West End Flea Market, West End Live)

Requirements

Minimum of one year’s experience in a marketing office environment
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
A strong work ethic

Preferred

Experience of working on a West End production
Interest in musical theatre
Interest and awareness of social media
