Job Summary

Own and drive marketing operations and brand growth across CRM, content, events, and calendar execution with a proactive, startup-minded approach.

  • Manage Zoho CRM tasks and newsletters and set up basic automations
  • Lead content repurposing, scheduling, and calendar coordination

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing & CRM: Help manage our CRM (Zoho) when needed, including setting up newsletters, basic automations, subscriber segmentation and following up on potential leads.
  • Content & Collaterals: Refine and schedule LinkedIn posts and newsletters; repurpose existing high-value material (book excerpts, podcasts, articles, workbooks) using AI tools, and update visual collaterals using Canva.
  • Proactive Marketing & Brand Growth: Identify and act on opportunities to strengthen our brand and support business growth. For example, when Bruna receives an award, launches a new initiative or gains media coverage, proactively identify how to maximise its impact across relevant channels, plan and execute the necessary actions in a timely manner, without waiting for detailed instructions.
  • Digital & Events Coordination: Help coordinate online masterclasses and LinkedIn Lives (managing invitations, registrations, basic tech setup and post-event follow-ups). Occasionally update WordPress content and flag opportunities to improve engagement.
  • Marketing Coordination & Execution: Take ownership of the marketing calendar and day-to-day activities, keep projects and campaigns moving forward, maintain key materials, coordinate with the business development team and ensure agreed actions and follow-ups are completed on time.

Requirements

  • Languages: Fluent Italian and English with excellent written communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience: A few years' marketing/operations experience, ideally within a startup or founder-led environment.
  • Industry experience (highly desirable): Previous experience in personal or professional development, ideally within leadership development, executive coaching, training or a similar knowledge-based business.
  • Core skills: Hands-on experience with CRM management, email campaigns, marketing automation, and content creation.
  • AI-savvy: Comfortable using AI tools to speed up your own work and make your research and organisation more effective.
  • Work style: Exceptionally organised and adaptable, able to reprioritise fast, sometimes at short notice, and comfortable working independently.
  • Mindset: Proactive, commercially minded, and not afraid to take initiative, suggest improvements or ask questions.
  • Ownership: You take responsibility for your area of the business, make day-to-day decisions confidently and proactively drive things forward without needing constant direction or supervision.

Preferred

  • Desirable tech stack: Zoho, WordPress/Thrive, Miro, Google Analytics, Trello, Canva, Claude or other AI agents. You don't need to know every single tool on day one, what matters most is your confidence in picking things up fast.
