Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Develop and deliver Sigma’s annual marketing and communications strategy.
Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Act as Sigma’s lead marketing adviser to Directors and senior stakeholders.
Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Align marketing activity with growth goals, sectors and strategic priorities.
Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Identify opportunities to strengthen Sigma’s market position and advantage.
Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Manage budgets and maximise ROI.
Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Lead agencies, suppliers and consultants to deliver agreed outcomes.
Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Set KPIs and report performance to the SLT.
Bid Management & Tender Support: Lead bid, tender and proposal submissions.
Bid Management & Tender Support: Manage timelines, content and input to ensure compliant submissions.
Bid Management & Tender Support: Maintain bid content, case studies, credentials and support documents.
