Job Summary

Own the lead-gen and audience-building engine for event marketing, turning outbound, content, and CRM data into qualified pipeline while coordinating with sales on growth opportunities.

  • Lead generation and campaign execution across email, LinkedIn, and outbound channels.
  • Audience discovery and market expansion through new sectors and prospect database growth.
  • CRM data, measurement, and reporting to optimize performance and align with sales.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads and opportunities for the sales team
  • Research and identify prospective exhibitors, sponsors, partners and attendees
  • Build and maintain prospect databases
  • Support outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn and digital channels
  • Identify new markets, sectors and business opportunities
  • Qualify and nurture leads before passing them to the sales team
  • Marketing Activity: Create and deliver email marketing campaigns
  • Manage and grow LinkedIn engagement across event brands
  • Support social media activity across multiple platforms
  • Assist with content creation including newsletters, promotional campaigns and digital marketing materials

Preferred

  • Experience with email marketing platforms, LinkedIn campaigns, CRM systems or digital marketing tools would be beneficial but is not essential.
