Responsibilities

• Understand and contribute to overall marketing strategy across our games and the Enver studio brand — not just executing on content, but helping shape the "why" behind it
• Own organic content, PR, and brand marketing strategy across our games and for Enver's own studio-level social channels
• Coordinate across content workflows spanning YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms — these are the channels this role is responsible for growing and hitting KPIs on
• Keep contributors clear on their tasks and KPIs across those channels; identify when someone isn't hitting theirs and act on it
• Coordinate closely with Product teams to understand upcoming releases/updates and plan how content will cover them in time for launch
• Oversee content creation across channels (social, store pages, trailers, community)
• Manage multiple marketing systems in parallel (Notion, content calendars, social platforms)
• Track and report on key content/engagement KPIs

Requirements

• Proven experience in video game marketing, with a strong focus on organic/content, PR, and brand marketing — including strategic planning, not just execution
• Experience coordinating cross-functional or external contributors, with a track record of keeping people accountable to KPIs
• Understanding of studio/brand-level marketing, separate from individual game marketing
• Track record growing or scaling live-service titles (mobile, PC, or console)
• Extremely organized — able to run multiple projects and systems at once without dropping the ball
• Excellent communication: comfortable briefing creative teams, coordinating across a team, and aligning with product stakeholders
• Experience with Notion or similar project management tools

• Background working with licensed IP
• Experience managing content creators or influencer relationships
• PR experience specific to games/entertainment
