Job Summary

Own content and channel presence with a bias toward consistent brand voice, SEO friendly website promotion, and CRM-backed outreach.

  • Content Operations: plan, create, and schedule across channels and maintain marketing calendars.
  • Audience & Engagement: respond to public engagement, collaborate with followers, and coordinate with partners for long form content.
  • Website & CRM Governance: keep Squarespace updates current, ensure accuracy, manage CRM data, and support email campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Plan, create and schedule content across all channels
  • Maintain a consistent, brand messaging and tone of voice
  • Monitor engagement and adjust content based on performance
  • Respond to public engagement and create greater collaboration with followers
  • Liaise with specialist partners in creating long form content to be distributed amongst company platforms.
  • Manage routine website updates
  • Ensure information is accurate and up to date
  • Liaise with external stakeholders when required to support
  • Squarespace Knowledge desired but not essential
  • SEO experience is required to manage website promotion and advertising
Requirements
  • 2+ years’ experience in a marketing or communications role
  • Confident managing social media channels independently
  • Comfortable updating websites using Squarespace
  • Organised, detail focused and reliable
  • Clear written communication skills
  • SEO experience is required to manage website promotion and advertising
  • Squarespace knowledge desirable but not essential
Preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems and email marketing tools
  • Design skills using Canva
  • Understanding of lead generation and B2B marketing
