Responsibilities

• Planning and running events and Lunch & Learns from start to finish
• Supporting our webinar and clinical content programme
• Managing telemarketing, customer feedback, and referrals
• Keeping brochures and marketing materials current and on-brand
• Researching sales leads and turning them into useful resources for the team
• Working alongside our digital marketer to keep campaigns joined-up across channels
• Providing diary, inbox, and general PA support to the Growth and Customer Service Manager
• Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence

Requirements

• A marketing background — you've delivered campaigns, events, or content before
• Able to run projects end to end, taking real ownership from planning to delivery
• Brilliantly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• A confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Comfortable liaising with professional and clinical audiences
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and happy to manage your own workload
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and common marketing tools

Preferred

• Nice to have (but not essential): experience in healthcare or assistive technology, familiarity with CRM, email, and social media tools, or experience supporting a senior manager.
• A full UK driving licence is useful.
