Responsibilities

• You'll start hands-on: running Meta and Google, taking over email (Klaviyo) and shaping content with our content strategist, all as one plan.
• Then you'll build the team, lead the service and make BlueNest known for growth.
• Growth is our newest service, and we want someone to own it.

Requirements

• You've run Meta and Google yourself, with results you can talk through
• You understand email and Klaviyo strategy, with real taste and opinions about why things work
• You spend a lot of time on social media and love to buy online
• You work autonomously, love client calls and never drop a ball
• You use AI to move faster

Preferred

• Big bonus: you've run an agency or built your own brand or business, whether or not it worked out.
