Job Description

Responsibilities

Draft and schedule social media, email and website content
Help keep marketing calendars, Asana tasks and campaign deadlines up to date
Prepare briefs and copy for the creative, website and SEO teams
Update presentations, brochures, checklists and other marketing materials
Research brands, retailers, distributors and industry contacts for Global Access Partners
Prepare background research, brand profiles and introductory communications
Support exhibitions, webinars, meetings and other events
Gather information from internal teams, international partners and participating brands
Compile basic marketing results and help organise marketing assets
Provide general support across current marketing campaigns and projects

Requirements

Has previous marketing, communications or content experience
Is a confident writer with strong attention to detail
Is organised and comfortable working across different tasks
Can follow a brief and deliver work accurately
Is confident using social media and digital marketing platforms
Is proactive, reliable and willing to learn
Has an interest in beauty, fragrance or international business

Preferred

Experience with LinkedIn, Canva, email marketing, WordPress, Asana or basic SEO would be helpful but is not essential
