Job Summary

Own and optimize multi-channel client marketing campaigns for ecommerce stores, including SEO, paid ads, and social, across multiple platforms, with reporting and cross-team coordination as core components.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize client SEO across Shopify, eBay, Etsy, and WooCommerce — listing/tag SEO, on-page SEO, keyword and competitor audits — using Google Analytics and relevant SEO tools.
  • Run and optimize client Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns: budget pacing, creative testing, and retargeting, judged on ROAS and conversions rather than impressions.
  • Manage client social media accounts — scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking — across the relevant platforms for each account.
  • Write copywriting for client-facing campaigns, listings, and ad creative that speaks credibly to eCommerce store owners.
  • Create or coordinate visual assets (Adobe Photoshop) for client ads and social posts.
  • Produce client reporting decks (Excel/PowerPoint) summarizing campaign performance across SEO, ads, and social, with clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Coordinate with the software/development team where campaigns depend on dashboards, integrations, or automation already built for a client.
  • Manage multiple client accounts in parallel, keeping campaigns, deadlines, and reporting cycles on track.

Requirements

  • Practical experience with SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms — Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay, and/or Etsy — is a strong plus given our client base.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for content creation.
  • Strong copywriting ability, able to write for business owners evaluating a technical service, not consumer-brand copy.
  • Social media management experience with a focus on engagement and performance metrics, not just posting.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and data presentation.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills — you'll be running our own marketing and touching client work in parallel.
  • Clear written and spoken English.

  • Casual dress
  • Company pension

  • On-site parking
