Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation : Craft engaging and impactful copy for emails, brochures, websites and social media that align with our brand and effectively communicate our programme benefits.
  • Web Management: Take ownership of programme web pages, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, visually engaging, and fully aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive awareness, engagement, and enrolment.
  • Brand Storytelling: Highlight the real-world impact of our programmes through compelling case studies and participant stories.
  • Digital Marketing: Collaborate on digital strategies, including SEO, PPC and paid ads, to maximise reach and ROI.
  • Data-Driven Insights : Analyse campaign performance and web metrics to refine and improve marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Partnerships, Sales, and Programme teams, as well as external partners, to deliver high-quality marketing materials consistently.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a marketing role
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write clearly, persuasively and with purpose
  • A flair for creating eye-catching, on-brand visuals in Adobe and/or Canva
  • Experience with digital marketing channels and paid ads
  • Experience using a CRM such as Hubspot, Zoho or Salesforce
  • Confidence in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with email marketing platforms
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset

Preferred

  • Knowledge of the education sector is desirable but not essential; what matters most is your ability to learn quickly, understand our audiences and communicate complex ideas clearly.
