Job Summary

Own the end-to-end digital marketing engine from ads to CRM workflows, driving high quality leads for Discovery Days and trainings, while building journeys and landing pages to boost conversions.

  • Campaign ownership: manage ads across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and YouTube with ROI focus.
  • CRM and nurture: build GoHighLevel workflows, journeys, and sales pipelines to convert inquiries.
  • Measurement and optimization: monitor CPA/ROI, improve lead quality, and report performance for decision making.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch and manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
  • Generate high-quality leads for our Discovery Days, 3-Day Training Programmes, retreats and franchise opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance, cost per lead, conversions and return on investment (ROI).
  • Optimise campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
  • Manage and develop our GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM system.
  • Build and maintain automated email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns.
  • Create customer journeys, lead nurturing sequences and sales pipelines.
  • Ensure all enquiries are accurately tracked and managed within the CRM.
  • Produce marketing and sales reports to support business decisions.
  • Build high-converting landing pages and online sales funnels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience building online sales funnels and landing pages.
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and email marketing.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
  • Video editing and content creation experience.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to improve campaign performance using data.
  • Highly organised, proactive and commercially minded.
  • United Kingdom work authorisation (required)
