Marketing & Design Executive

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality artwork, graphics and product visuals for sportswear and promotional products.
• Produce product catalogues, brochures, sales presentations and promotional materials.
• Develop marketing content for websites, social media, email campaigns and other digital channels.
• Create product mock-ups and visual concepts to support customer enquiries and sales opportunities.
• Prepare artwork and designs for customer approval and production.
• Assist with the launch and promotion of new products and ranges.
• Maintain and update product imagery, marketing assets and design files.
• Work with the sales team to produce tailored visuals and materials to help win new business.
• Support the development of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate sales.
• Ensure all designs are accurate, consistent and aligned with company branding.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator — this is essential.
• Good graphic design and layout skills.
• A strong eye for detail and an understanding of visual presentation.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with sales and management.
• A proactive approach and willingness to contribute ideas.

Preferred

• Experience in graphic design, digital marketing, sportswear, promotional merchandise, print or branded products would be advantageous.
• An understanding of print-ready artwork, garment decoration or embroidery would also be beneficial, although training can be provided where required.
