Job Summary

Own the web and asset coordination for a multi-brand auto group, keeping CMS content fresh, assets aligned, and campaigns moving while juggling influencer activity and on-brand events.

Website and asset coordination: Own updates and digital requests for multiple brands
Campaign delivery and asset management: Support email, social assets, and calendar deadlines
Agency and influencer coordination: Manage influencer activity, product placements, and events

Job Description

Responsibilities

Acting as the main contact for our web agency, managing website updates and digital requests
Keeping website content, imagery, and marketing assets up to date
Coordinating influencer activity, product placements, and brand events
Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns, email communications, and social media assets
Maintaining marketing calendars, project trackers, and key deadlines across the Group

Requirements

1–2 years' experience in a marketing or administrative role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace
Good communication skills with the confidence to work with agencies and suppliers
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and experience with CMS or project management tools such as Monday.com or Asana
Full UK Driving Licence
