Job Summary

Coordinate multi-channel campaigns from planning through reporting, maintain content calendars and briefs, liaise with clients and suppliers, and track progress across campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Coordination: Support the planning, scheduling and delivery of digital and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Content Scheduling: Maintain content calendars for websites, email campaigns, social media and other marketing channels.
  • Marketing Materials: Coordinate the preparation of brochures, presentations, advertisements, email content and promotional assets.
  • Social Media Support: Schedule approved posts, monitor engagement and assist with community responses.
  • Website Updates: Upload approved content, images, campaign pages and basic website information.
  • Email Marketing: Assist with preparing mailing lists, campaign content, test emails and scheduled communications.
  • Client Coordination: Gather information, feedback and approvals from clients for active marketing projects.
  • Design Briefs: Prepare clear briefs for graphic designers and other creative team members.
  • Project Tracking: Monitor deadlines, approvals and outstanding actions across multiple campaigns.
  • Supplier Coordination: Communicate with approved printers, photographers, media partners and other external suppliers.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, digital communications, social media, content coordination or a related role.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Good organisation and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage several campaigns and changing deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence using email, spreadsheets, presentation software and online platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing channels.
  • Ability to prepare clear briefs and professional correspondence.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow agreed approval processes.

Preferred

  • Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or a related subject.
  • Experience using social media scheduling, email-marketing or content-management systems.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management or project-management software.
  • Basic knowledge of search-engine optimisation and website analytics.
  • Experience coordinating creative work with graphic designers or content writers.
  • Previous experience in a marketing agency, design studio or professional-services company.
  • Basic understanding of campaign reporting and performance measurements.
