Job Summary

Own and optimize the hub’s integrated comms plan across content, campaigns, events, and stakeholder engagement to drive measurable impact.

  • Content and channel ownership: Create on-brand content across digital, social, web, press and events, and coordinate delivery with partners.
  • Campaign execution and storytelling: Build campaigns with partners and share success stories, using data-driven insights to prove impact.
  • Measurement and improvement: Use insights to track performance and continuously refine messaging, channels and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of marketing and communications plans
  • Create compelling content across digital, social media, web, press and events
  • Manage and grow the Hub’s online presence
  • Work with partners to develop campaigns and share success stories
  • Ensure all communications are clear, accessible and on brand
  • Support stakeholder engagement, events and promotional activity
  • Use data and insights to measure impact and continuously improve

Requirements

  • Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills
  • Experience delivering campaigns and communications plans
  • Ability to create content across multiple channels
  • Confidence working with a range of stakeholders and partners
  • Experience using data and analytics to evaluate performance
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in the public sector, skills, employment or economic development
  • Professional qualification (e.g. CIM or CIPR)
