Job Summary

Own the content pipeline for a high-visibility automotive club, balancing member storytelling, event promotion, and partner communications across email, website, social, and print while coordinating calendars and live event coverage.

  • Content Engine: Plan, create and publish across channels; maintain the content calendar and brand voice.
  • Events & Community: Capture live content at events, develop member stories, and run co-branded campaigns with partners.
  • Marketing Ops: Track channel performance, consolidate insights, and coordinate sponsor assets and member inquiries.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, creating and publishing engaging content across email, website, social media and print channels.
  • Develop member-focused stories, event promotions, partner communications and membership-related content.
  • Support integrated marketing campaigns promoting events, membership benefits, sponsorship initiatives and commercial partnerships.
  • Maintain a content calendar aligned with Club events, partner activations, motorsport activity and key seasonal campaigns.
  • Assist with day-to-day social media activity across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and YouTube.
  • Monitor and respond to member comments, messages and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in creating social content from Club events, member stories and behind-the-scenes activities.
  • Create and maintain a tidy media and content database.
  • Monitor channel performance and recommend improvements based on engagement and audience insights.
  • Assist with content for email campaigns, newsletters and member communications.

Requirements

  • Degree (or equivalent qualification or transferable skills) in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • Experience creating content for social media.
  • Photography and videography skills.
  • Experience using Canva/Adobe/Affinity to create marketing assets.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in using data to improve performance.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach to working with colleagues, volunteers and suppliers.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for the automotive sector and enthusiast communities.
  • Willingness to travel and attend occasional evening and weekend events.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of Porsche, its heritage, model range and motorsport activities.
  • Understanding of SEO, content management systems and email marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and member communication best practice.
