Job Summary
Own the school’s social voice and multi-channel storytelling from content planning to asset governance, with a tilt toward recruitment and community celebration.
- Social Content & Strategy: own the structure content plan and channel storytelling for the academy audience.
- Asset Governance: edit and manage digital assets ensuring accuracy, brand consistency and compliance.
- Community & Recruitment Narrative: support recruitment efforts and highlight student success to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- lead on the Academy’s social media channels, developing and delivering a structure content plan
- edit and manage digital assets, ensuring all content is accurate, on-brand and compliant
- play a key role in supporting student recruitment, communicating with parents/carers and celebrating student success both internally and externally
- passion about storytelling, ability to develop digital content and social media content to showcase the life of a thriving secondary school community
