  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Manage and optimise marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Lead market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Oversee project management activities ensuring timely delivery of marketing initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Prepare compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal and external audiences
  • Analyse market trends and performance metrics using analysis skills and Microsoft Excel
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing plans
  • Monitor budget allocations and optimise resource utilisation for maximum impact
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional development

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within B2B environments
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex campaigns on time
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and specialised IT tools
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Analytical mindset with strong analysis skills to interpret data and inform decision-making
  • Knowledge of IT systems relevant to marketing operations is advantageous
  • Effective organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting
