Responsibilities

• Welcoming and supporting patients at the clinic - you're often the first impression people have of VITAL Health
• Planning and organising community events and workshops to raise local awareness
• Designing print materials including leaflets, flyers, and promotional content
• Supporting digital marketing activity including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising
• Assisting with website updates and content
• Working closely with external marketing collaborators and the clinic director on campaign strategy
• Getting stuck into whatever the business needs - this is a growing company and every day brings something new

Requirements

• Someone genuinely hungry to learn and build a career in marketing - no passengers
• Comfortable and confident in a customer-facing environment as you'll be interacting with patients regularly
• Creative, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball
• Some experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe), social media, or basic website platforms is a plus
• A self-starter who doesn't need to be told twice
