Job Description

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary marketing owner for designated business units, understanding business priorities and customer needs.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with sales targets and customer buying cycles.
Maintain full accountability for end-to-end campaign execution and results.
Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to align marketing efforts and establish lead handover processes.
Utilise marketing technology tools effectively to track campaign performance and maintain data integrity.
Analyse digital channel performance using tools like Google Analytics to optimise marketing plans.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to pipeline and conversion outcomes.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Sales, Partner Marketing, and PR teams, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Share insights and best practices across the Growth Marketing team to enhance overall performance.
Make data-driven decisions to prioritise and optimise marketing activities for maximum impact.

Requirements

B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology or IT services
Proven experience owning strategy, planning, and hands-on execution
Strong understanding of marketing technology stacks, particularly HubSpot and Dynamics
Practical working knowledge of LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and core digital channels
Experience working closely with sales teams on handover and conversion
Commercial mindset with understanding of sales pipelines and buying cycles
Desirable: Experience in sector-led or business-unit-aligned marketing models
Desirable: Exposure to partner-led or Microsoft-centric GTM
Desirable: Familiarity with AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, insight, or targeting
Desirable: Experience working in matrixed organisations
