Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary marketing owner for designated business units, understanding business priorities and customer needs.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with sales targets and customer buying cycles.
  • Maintain full accountability for end-to-end campaign execution and results.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to align marketing efforts and establish lead handover processes.
  • Utilise marketing technology tools effectively to track campaign performance and maintain data integrity.
  • Analyse digital channel performance using tools like Google Analytics to optimise marketing plans.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to pipeline and conversion outcomes.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Sales, Partner Marketing, and PR teams, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Share insights and best practices across the Growth Marketing team to enhance overall performance.
  • Make data-driven decisions to prioritise and optimise marketing activities for maximum impact.

Requirements

  • B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology or IT services
  • Proven experience owning strategy, planning, and hands-on execution
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology stacks, particularly HubSpot and Dynamics
  • Practical working knowledge of LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and core digital channels
  • Experience working closely with sales teams on handover and conversion
  • Commercial mindset with understanding of sales pipelines and buying cycles
  • Desirable: Experience in sector-led or business-unit-aligned marketing models
  • Desirable: Exposure to partner-led or Microsoft-centric GTM
  • Desirable: Familiarity with AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, insight, or targeting
  • Desirable: Experience working in matrixed organisations
