Job Summary

Own and support two brands with hands-on branding, content creation, and campaign execution while shaping customer experience and sales touchpoints.

  • Brand & Content Ops: help with branding, marketing materials, social content, product listings, and website updates.
  • Campaign & Performance: assist planning and executing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, then monitor results and report insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the Brand Manager in the day-to-day management and growth of multiple brands.
  • Assist with the creation and development of a new brand, including branding, marketing materials, and launch activities.
  • Manage and respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Provide sales support by preparing quotations, following up leads, and assisting customers throughout their journey.
  • Create and schedule content for social media platforms.
  • Assist with website updates, product listings, and content creation.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Monitor marketing performance and report on campaign results.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Organised, proactive, and highly motivated.
  • A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Creative with an interest in branding, marketing, and business growth.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Eager to learn and develop within a growing business.
  • Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, e-commerce, or a similar business support role.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
