Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The role: design, build, test, schedule, deploy, and report on global and regional communications using a modern marketing tech stack.
  • You will be hands-on in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), ensuring campaigns reliably reach small business users worldwide to help make running their businesses seamless.
  • A key part of this position involves driving operational efficiency across the team.
  • You will play a vital role in lifting delivery maturity by refining reusable email templates, documenting clear processes, sharing technical insights, and partnering with regional marketers on their quarterly communication plans.
  • Hands-on campaign creation and deployment using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and in-product messaging tools.
  • Building dynamic, personalized content using HTML, AMPscript, and SQL.
  • Managing end-to-end campaign QA, audience segmentation logic, and data troubleshooting.
  • Standardizing build patterns, updating team documentation, and delivering operational sends.

Requirements

  • Experience managing multi-region or multi-segment email and CRM campaigns.
  • Technical capability using HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SQL for dynamic content creation.
  • Solid understanding of data ingestion, file imports, and audience segmentation rules.
  • Demonstrated ability to run end-to-end campaign QA, resolve automation issues, and evaluate delivery metrics.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to manage competing deadlines and translate technical requirements clearly.
  • A proactive approach to documenting processes, sharing knowledge, and simplifying daily workflows.
