Job Summary

Own the content and storytelling flow for CAST from social posts to printed materials, while shaping event promotions and on-site/off-site experiences.

Content & Social: Create digital content and posts that promote CAST’s offers and activities, plus articles and updates.
People & Assets: Interview staff and students for quotes, gather stories, and manage printed materials and photo records.
Events & Campaigns: Support a broad mix of digital, print, and event marketing and help run on-site and off-site activities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Content Ownership: Create digital content and social posts that promote CAST’s offers and activities, plus articles and updates.
Story & Media Production: Interview staff and students to gather quotes, assist design and procurement of printed materials, and maintain photographic records per procedures.
Campaign & Events Support: Help a wide range of digital, print and event-based marketing activities, support school events on-site and off-site, and develop engaging social content.

Requirements

Live in Cambridgeshire or Peterborough
Be aged 18+ (with no upper limit)
Not currently be in education, employment or training
Have the right to work in the UK

Nice to Have

Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with staff and students
Creativity and enthusiasm for marketing and storytelling
Confidence using digital platforms
