Responsibilities

• Assist the Group Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer and end user engagement and lead generation.
• Develop compelling content to engage customers and end users.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
• Review and update company websites and portals ensuring visitor experience.
• Support with product launch campaigns and sales promotions.
• Track marketing performance and return on investment.
• Deliver regular planned communications and offers through various channels, including promo emails, social media, direct messaging.
• Develop social media channels delivering regular planned content and activities, responding to messages, posts and comments in-line with company messaging and standards.
• Build and maintain a strong database of end users.
• Support with general marketing activities including ad-hoc duties, daily marketing actions and event preparation.

Requirements

• At least 1 years marketing experience
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and supporting tools for delivery
• Creative mindset with excellent content creation skills (text, visual and video)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with CRM Systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A self-starter with ambition, creativity and drive
• Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills
• A positive, adaptable attitude and team spirit
