Job Summary

Own the front line with customers, turning inquiries into product understanding and early engagement while feeding marketing campaigns and building lasting relationships with buyers.

Customer Engagement: Inform and assist customers with product details while representing the brand professionally.
Campaign Support: Help with marketing campaigns and manage customer inquiries to move prospects toward conversion.
