Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging daily content across Instagram and TikTok to showcase our products and craftsmanship.
• Content Creation: Assist with product photography, short-form video creation (Reels/TikTok), and copywriting for product launches.
• Email & SMS Marketing: Design and execute regular email newsletters, promotional campaigns, and customer retention flows.
• Paid & Organic Growth: Support basic SEO for our Shopify store and assist with managing performance marketing campaigns.
• Influencer & PR Coordination: Help coordinate gifting campaigns and outreach to relevant creators and lifestyle influencers.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, engagement) and report on what is driving growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a digital marketing, social media, or e-commerce role (portfolio of past work or managed channels is a huge plus).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and brand consistency.
• Familiarity with major social platforms, content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.), and e-commerce ecosystems (Shopify/Etsy).
• Self-motivated, organized, and excited to work in a hands-on startup environment.
• A passion for small business growth, premium goods, or the everyday carry (EDC) space is a distinct advantage.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
