Job Description

Responsibilities

Marketing & Lead Generation - Researching potential clients, investors, developers, architects and business contacts
Marketing & Lead Generation - Building and maintaining lead databases
Marketing & Lead Generation - Supporting email marketing and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
Marketing & Lead Generation - Assisting with Google Ads, PPC and digital marketing campaigns
Marketing & Lead Generation - Creating and managing social media content, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn
Marketing & Lead Generation - Researching new marketing channels and lead-generation opportunities
Marketing & Lead Generation - Tracking campaign performance and identifying ways to improve results
AI & Automation - Using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI platforms to improve business processes
AI & Automation - Researching and testing new AI tools for marketing, research and administration
AI & Automation - Helping automate repetitive tasks and workflows

Requirements

Studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Finance, Business, Economics, Data/AI, Computer Science or a related subject
Interested in AI, technology and how it can be applied to business
Commercially minded and interested in property and finance
Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets
A good researcher with strong attention to detail
Confident using online tools and learning new software
Able to work independently and take initiative
A strong communicator with good written English
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Entrepreneurial and willing to learn
