Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day management of Connect Management's LinkedIn presence
Manage and schedule LinkedIn content across all Senior Leadership Team profiles
Write engaging posts that reflect each leader's individual voice and expertise
Develop a consistent posting schedule and content calendar
Repurpose internal updates, company wins and client successes into engaging LinkedIn content
Write high-quality thought leadership posts
Turn meetings, podcasts, presentations and conversations into engaging content
Create carousels, graphics and simple visual content where appropriate
Ensure all content reflects Connect's tone of voice and brand
Stay up to date with creator economy, influencer marketing, talent management and social media trends

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year's experience managing LinkedIn content for a business or personal brand
Excellent copywriting skills
Strong understanding of LinkedIn best practices
Passion for content creation and storytelling
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and proactively
Strong commercial awareness

Preferred

Experience within influencer marketing, talent management, PR, marketing or social media
Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Experience scheduling content through social media management platforms
Photography or basic video editing skills
