- Track performance and deliver monthly reports to lift visibility and engagement.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day management of Connect Management's LinkedIn presence
- Manage and schedule LinkedIn content across all Senior Leadership Team profiles
- Write engaging posts that reflect each leader's individual voice and expertise
- Develop a consistent posting schedule and content calendar
- Repurpose internal updates, company wins and client successes into engaging LinkedIn content
- Write high-quality thought leadership posts
- Turn meetings, podcasts, presentations and conversations into engaging content
- Create carousels, graphics and simple visual content where appropriate
- Ensure all content reflects Connect's tone of voice and brand
- Stay up to date with creator economy, influencer marketing, talent management and social media trends
- Minimum of 1 year's experience managing LinkedIn content for a business or personal brand
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn best practices
- Passion for content creation and storytelling
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Strong commercial awareness
- Experience within influencer marketing, talent management, PR, marketing or social media
- Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience scheduling content through social media management platforms
- Photography or basic video editing skills
