Job Summary

Own and shape the UK&I product and marketing activation program, focusing on portfolio ownership, launches, and cross‑functional alignment.

Own portfolio lifecycle for the UK&I market, including launches and portfolio optimization.
Drive cross‑functional collaboration with sales, operations, and regional teams to unlock growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the Product Management and Marketing Activation team
Build a high‑performance, collaborative, and accountable culture
Set clear priorities and development plans
Ensure strong resource planning and capability building
Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
Deliver joint initiatives that strengthen market presence
Partner with UK&I sales, operations, and European product/marketing teams
Represent UK&I needs in regional and international forums
Own the full product and category lifecycle for the UK&I market
Lead new product introductions, launches, and portfolio optimisation

Requirements

Proven leadership experience
Strong background in product management, category management, or marketing activation
Experience across B2B and B2C channels, ideally within a manufacturer or supplier
Strong analytical and commercial capability
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑influencing skills
Experience in an international matrix organisation
Strong project management, prioritisation, and budget management skills
Technical product understanding (advantageous)
