Job Summary

Own the UK&I product and category strategy while building and leading the PMM and Activation function, coordinating with regional teams to align launches, pricing, and market activation across B2B and B2C channels.

  • Own full product/category lifecycle for the UK&I, including launches, portfolio optimization, and pricing decisions using market insights.
  • Build, lead, and develop the PMM and Marketing Activation team with clear priorities, budgets, and capability development.
  • Deliver customer‑focused activation plans across brochures, POS, digital content, campaigns, events, and brand campaigns with central teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Product Management and Marketing Activation team
  • Build a high‑performance, collaborative, and accountable culture
  • Set clear priorities and development plans
  • Ensure strong resource planning and capability building
  • Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
  • Deliver joint initiatives that strengthen market presence
  • Partner with UK&I sales, operations, and European product/marketing teams
  • Represent UK&I needs in regional and international forums
  • Own the full product and category lifecycle for the UK&I market
  • Lead new product introductions, launches, and portfolio optimisation

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience
  • Strong background in product management, category management, or marketing activation
  • Experience across B2B and B2C channels, ideally within a manufacturer or supplier
  • Strong analytical and commercial capability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑influencing skills
  • Experience in an international matrix organisation
  • Strong project management, prioritisation, and budget management skills
  • Technical product understanding (advantageous)
