Responsibilities

• Own lead generation end to end, from channel selection through to booked calls
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns wherever our buyers actually are
• Build and run email and outbound sequences, from list building to follow-up
• Write and test ad copy, landing pages and offers, with support from our content team
• Drive qualified prospects to book calls that land in our iClosed funnel
• Track the metrics that matter: cost per lead, cost per booked call, and conversion to paying client
• Report clearly on what's working, what isn't, and what you want to test next

Requirements

• A demonstrable track record generating B2B leads, ideally for high-ticket or service-based offers. Show us numbers
• Hands-on experience running paid ads and managing a budget yourself, not briefing someone else to do it
• A strong grasp of funnel mechanics: offer, landing page, follow-up, booking
• Copywriting ability for ads and emails
• An analytical head. You can read the data and tell us what it means, not just what it says
• Excellent written English and clear, timely communication
• Comfort working with Monday.com and AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT

• experience marketing an agency or professional services firm
• email deliverability knowledge
• landing page building (Framer, Webflow, Unbounce or similar)
