Job Summary

Owns cross channel communications and content production with global coordination and brand consistency, delivering assets for campaigns, events, Press, and digital properties.

  • Social and content ownership: planning, publishing, performance tracking across international teams.
  • Asset and campaign coordination: marketing assets for external events, websites, email, and sales support.
  • Communications support: press materials, website CMS updates, and brand-aligned collateral while enabling timely execution.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise company social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and performance monitoring
  • Produce high-quality, engaging marketing content across multiple formats, including email campaigns, website copy, social media posts, brochures, case studies, presentations, and sales support materials
  • Assist in the creation, editing, and review of press releases and broader corporate communications
  • Develop and coordinate marketing assets to support external events, exhibitions, and integrated campaigns
  • Maintain and update website content via the CMS, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand standards
  • Liaise with the in-house design team to brief and deliver creative assets that support ongoing marketing initiatives
  • Contribute to the delivery of email marketing campaigns using relevant platforms and tools, supporting execution and optimisation
  • Support the Marketing Communications Manager in planning and coordinating marketing activity, ensuring projects are delivered on time
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across international teams to support and align marketing efforts
  • Utilise collaboration and project management tools to manage workflows and enhance team communication

Requirements

  • Excellent written communication skills, with a strong eye for detail and accuracy in proofreading and editing
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple deadlines
  • Proven experience managing social media channels in a professional or corporate environment
  • Practical experience using email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, Dotdigital or similar)
  • Experience updating and maintaining website content using a CMS
  • Ability to manage and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams
  • Proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all communications
  • Competent user of digital collaboration and project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Trello, ClickUp, Asana)

Preferred

  • A background in a B2B or technology-focused environment, with strong knowledge of digital marketing and integrated campaigns, familiarity with PR and content performance analysis, an involvement in events, and international market exposure would also be advantageous
