Junior Marketing & Content Executive

Responsibilities

• Social Media & Content Creation
• Help plan and manage the monthly marketing calendar across all three companies.
• Organise and support approximately four content creation days per month.
• Create and schedule social media content across Instagram and Facebook, with TikTok to be introduced at a later date.
• Produce regular social media posts, Reels, Stories and video content.
• Film and edit treatment, product and educational content.
• Gather and promote customer testimonials and case studies.
• Monitor social media performance and report on results.
• Website Management & Digital Marketing
• Update company websites with news, new products, training dates, promotions and monthly offers.

Requirements

• A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or a related subject.
• Essential experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe CC).
• Confidence using social media platforms and Meta Business Suite.
• Experience creating video and visual content.
• Basic knowledge of website content management systems, particularly WordPress.
• Strong written English and excellent attention to detail.
• Good organisational skills.
• An understanding of email marketing (desirable).
• Confidence communicating with customers and colleagues.
• The ability to manage several projects and brands simultaneously.
