Job Summary

Own social content production and planning across multiple client platforms, blending hands on creation with calendar management and brand consistency to fuel campaigns and shoots.

  • Content Creation & Design: shoot, edit, and caption static, carousel, and short form video for multi-channel distribution.
  • Planning & Collaboration: research trends, plan calendars, and coordinate with marketing and creative teams for campaigns and events.
  • Brand & Channel Execution: ensure on-brand output, iterate on trends, and contribute proactive ideas for client content.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content for a range of client’s social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Assist with research, planning and scheduling content calendars across multiple clients
  • Capturing photo and video content, both in the studio and on location
  • Editing short form video content
  • Designing static and carousel posts
  • Writing captions
  • Stay on top of trends and proactively bring new ideas to the team
  • Support marketing and creative teams across campaigns, shoots and networking events
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all content outputs

Requirements

  • A team player - someone who wants to get stuck in with team and the GeoBrand culture
  • A genuine love for social media and content creation with bonus points if you have experience or interest in graphic design
  • Creative thinking with an eye for detail and storytelling
  • An excellent grasp of the English language, particularly for copywriting (captions, blogs, emails etc)
  • Confidence using tools like CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and similar
  • Comfortable being both behind and occasionally in front of the camera
  • Comfortable using an iPhone (as a minimum) for content capturing, skills with other equipment (i.e. cameras, lights, etc) would be a bonus
  • A proactive, can do attitude and willingness to get stuck in
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership of your work and your ideas
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills - with the team and with clients
  • Someone who isn’t afraid to admit when they get it wrong, who is happy to ask questions and who enthusiastic about learning
  • Some experience creating content (personal or professional) preferred
  • Someone who is willing to go the extra mile
  • Travel to client shoots will be required, so a full clean driving licence would be a bonus
