Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned TikTok Shop clients
• Build a deep understanding of each client’s business, products, objectives, and challenges
• Monitor account performance and spot opportunities to grow sales, content, and overall account health
• Develop and present data-driven recommendations based on performance, trends, and best practices
• Confidently pitch and influence clients to adopt new strategies and growth opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams (TikTok Shop, Ads, Creator/Affiliate, LIVE, Operations, Product) to deliver on client goals
• Coordinate cross-functional projects from planning through to execution
• Support campaign planning around key TikTok Shop events, promotions, and seasonal moments
• Turn performance data into clear, actionable business insights

Requirements

• Understanding of the TikTok Shop ecosystem (e-commerce, affiliate/creator marketing, LIVE, promotions, advertising)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams
• Confidence presenting ideas and performance insights
• Ability to influence using clear commercial reasoning and data
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Commercial mindset with genuine interest in e-commerce and social commerce
• Analytical mindset, comfortable with performance data and KPIs
• Proactive, ownership-driven problem-solver
• Strong organisation and time-management skills across multiple accounts
