Responsibilities

• The Internal Communications Lead will coordinate all internal communication activities across the NZT/NEP projects. Th e role ensures consistent, accurate, and engaging messaging across all contractor organisations, strengthens alignment on project charter behaviours, and supports culture-building initiative s.
• The role will work closely with the project management team to develop internal communication materials including emails, project updates and milestones , internal events including project town halls and reporting mechanisms to maintain high levels of engagement, visibility of progress, and delivery of key project messages.
