Job Summary

Own the creator outreach and influencer ops stream: scale influencer sourcing, data tracking, and campaign execution for fashion creators, with a focus on process, tooling, and cross-channel discovery.

  • Source scalable outreach to Instagram and TikTok creators, manage influencer databases, and coordinate inbound/outbound partnership discovery.
  • Own gifting/PR shipments and influencer communications, tracking responses and follow-ups.
  • Collect campaign insights and performance data, monitor content and engagement, and feed findings into optimization.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct large-scale outreach to creators across Instagram and TikTok.
  • Help build and maintain influencer databases.
  • Source potential influencer partnerships through inbound DMs and social channels.
  • Assist with influencer communications and follow-ups.
  • Collect and organise influencer campaign insights and performance data.
  • Monitor influencer content and engagement metrics.
  • Coordinate influencer gifting, sendouts and PR packages.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok.
  • Understanding or willingness to learn influencers in fashion industry
  • Excellent organisational skills and proactiveness.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data tracking.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
