Own influencer and community programs to drive authentic brand advocacy across major social platforms and owned channels, with end-to-end ownership from creator sourcing to campaign delivery.

Influencer Partnerships: Build long term creator relationships, craft briefs, and manage end to end campaign logistics.
Community & Content: Nurture discussions, drive UGC, and align messaging across social channels.
Measurement & Compliance: Monitor content performance, brand alignment, and learnings to improve future campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimise influencer marketing campaigns across key platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Reddit and YouTube.
Manage and post engaging content within our dedicated Facebook Community Group, Reddit, and Instagram Broadcast Channel.
Engage with our online communities across key social platforms, responding to conversations in a timely and authentic manner.
Encourage user-generated content (UGC) and develop initiatives that amplify customer advocacy and participation.
Monitor community sentiment, identify emerging trends, and escalate issues where appropriate.
Support the development and maintenance of community guidelines, response frameworks, and escalation processes.
Foster positive relationships with our audience to strengthen brand loyalty and advocacy.
Collaborate closely with external suppliers and internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing channels and campaigns.
Provide ad hoc assistance to the Social Media Lead, including scheduling and posting on brand channels as needed.
Research, identify, vet, and reach out to influencers and creators who align with our brand values, audience, and campaign objectives.

Requirements

Experience working with influencers, creators, agencies, or talent management.
Strong understanding of the influencer landscape and major social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube.
Enjoy building genuine relationships with creators and industry partners.
Are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Communicate confidently and proactively with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Have excellent project management and organisational skills.
Are comfortable analysing campaign performance and turning data into actionable insights.
Are adaptable, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
