Job Summary

Own end-to-end production for seasonal brand campaigns, from planning through execution, including timelines, budgets, talent, locations and cross-functional collaboration; manage shoot readiness and day-of operations across multiple campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the production of seasonal brand campaigns from planning through execution
Develop production timelines, schedules and shoot plans
Manage production budgets and ensure effective use of resources
Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers where required
Support campaign concept development from a production perspective
Create detailed call sheets, shot lists and production schedules
Coordinate locations, logistics, props, equipment and talent as required
Work closely with photographers, stylists and creatives to ensure shoot readiness
Oversee shoot-day operations and ensure efficient execution
Troubleshoot issues and make decisions in a fast-paced production environment

Requirements

Experience in creative production, content production or campaign management
Strong understanding of photography and content production workflows
Exceptional organisation and planning skills
Ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing budgets, timelines and suppliers

Preferred

Experience within a consumer brand, retail or agency environment
Knowledge of food, lifestyle, homeware or cookware production
Experience working within an in-house studio environment
Understanding of social, digital and e-commerce content requirements
