Own the end-to-end social media presence for the founder, from ideation and content creation to publishing, scheduling, community management, and audience growth across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and more; lead content strategy, calendar, performance analysis, and platform-specific optimizations with close collaboration with the founder.

Creating and editing call ontent, you should be able to use Tiktok, Capcut, Inshot and Adoble like a pro
Uploading content for Youtube, Tiktok & Instagram and other social media platforms
Edit content
Create, and distribute short form content across all platforms
Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of all social media channels
Create and maintain an ongoing content calendar & scheduling using appropriate tools e.g. Hootsuite,
Research on what content is performing well on platforms, in order to advise on channels’ content needs, and generate ideas
Devise and implement audience development strategies for all platforms to increase viewing and follower number

Requirements

Video editing experience in Premiere or equivalent tools
Basic Photoshop experience is preferred.
3 years experience or in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Expert with content management systems.
Experience with social media management.
Creativity and the ability to develop original content.
Ability to develop content that provokes engagement.
Strong leadership qualities.
You need to be equipt to create and shoot content using all forms of camera's
