Biddable Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise high-budget paid media activity across multiple channels.
• Develop and execute paid media strategies that drive acquisition, revenue and profitability.
• Manage forecasting, budget allocation and performance reporting.
• Lead testing, innovation and adoption of new technologies and AI-driven advertising solutions.
• Work closely with commercial, product and marketing stakeholders to align media activity with business priorities.
• Turn complex performance data into clear insights and recommendations that influence decision-making.
• Build strong relationships with platform partners and agencies, identifying new opportunities to drive growth and maximise performance
• You'll take ownership of end-to-end campaign performance, managing large-scale media investment and ensuring every pound spent delivers maximum value.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing significant paid media budgets across multiple channels.
• Strong hands-on expertise across Paid Search, Paid Social and Display.
• Advanced experience with Search Ads 360, Campaign Manager 360 and the wider GMP ecosystem.
• Experience owning and managing accounts with minimal oversight.
• A strong understanding of attribution, tracking, audience strategy and performance measurement.
• The ability to interrogate data, identify opportunities and make commercially driven decisions.
• A flexible, dynamic approach and a genuine team-first mentality.
• A passion for testing new ideas and staying ahead of developments in performance marketing
