Job Summary

Own end-to-end SEO strategy and technical health, leading content-driven growth and mentoring a small team to deliver measurable traffic and revenue impact.

  • SEO Strategy & Leadership: Own the long-term organic growth plan across content and technical areas with cross-functional alignment.
  • Technical & Content Execution: Drive site health, architecture, crawl optimization, and content prioritization based on keywords and intent.
  • Analytics & Leadership: Translate SEO data into actionable insights and coach the team to continuous improvement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • SEO Strategy Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive organic search strategy that drives sustainable traffic, qualified leads, and long-term business growth.
  • Technical SEO Excellence: Lead technical SEO initiatives including website architecture, crawl optimization, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and overall website health.
  • Content & Organic Growth: Partner with content teams to build scalable content strategies driven by keyword research, search intent, and competitive analysis.
  • Leadership & Mentoring: Manage, mentor, and develop SEO specialists while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Performance & Analytics: Monitor key performance metrics, produce actionable reports, identify growth opportunities, and communicate results to senior leadership using data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in SEO, organic search, or digital marketing, including at least 2 years leading SEO initiatives or managing a team.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, link acquisition, website performance, and modern search engine best practices.
  • Tool Proficiency: Advanced experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, and other industry-standard SEO platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex SEO concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mindset: You're analytical, commercially minded, and proactive. You enjoy solving complex challenges, making data-driven decisions, and building long-term strategies that create measurable business impact.
